Annette Kennedy Accommodo

Annette Kennedy Accommodo was born a triplet on January 28, 1957, in
Terrell, Texas to the parentage of Willie T. Kennedy Sr .and Neatha Mae
Cathcart Kennedy. Annette was married to the love of her life, Michael
Accommodo for 19 wonderful years. Annette had one son, Tavares
(Jennifer) with one grandchild, though married they shared a son,
Steven (Molly) and daughter, Melissa (Josh) with 4 grandchildren.
Annette Kennedy Accommodo attended Terrell High School and
graduated in the Class of 1975 in Terrell, Texas. Annette worked as an Art
Teacher for the Rehabilitation Department for Terrell State Hospital for
26 years and 6 months, retiring in January 2024.

She accepted Christ at an early age and attended Shiloh Baptist Church.
Annette later became a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church under the
leadership of Rev. R. E. Rollerson. Jr. until her death.

Annette was preceded in death by her father and mother, Rev. Willie T.
Kennedy, Sr. and Neatha Mae Cathcart Kennedy; 3 brothers, Willie T.
Kennedy, Jr., Danny Kennedy, Gary Kennedy; 4 sisters, Peggy Bryant,
Linda Jones, Lynnette Hill, and Jannette Kennedy Brumsey.
She leaves to celebrate her homegoing, one brother Carl Kennedy, her
husband Michael Accommodo, two sons Tavares (Jennfer), Steven
(Molly), and daughter Melissa (Josh), 5 special grandchildren Asher, Kyle,
Megan, Olivia, and Lyla; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other
relatives, and friends.

Mr. Keishun King

07-10-1975 to 03-16-2024

Keishun “Footney” Levinci King was born July 10, 1975, in Los Angeles, California to
the parentage of the late Travis Dell King and Mary Louise Brumsey King.
He attended Terrell Independent School District and Terrell Christian Academy.
Keishun attended trucking school and obtained his CDL’s. Keishun worked at Terrell
State Hospital, ADT, and Star Transportation to name a few.

Footney, as he was affectionately known, was loved by everyone he met. Keishun was
a man of many trades and skills but cars and car audio was his passion. If you needed
to know anything about a car or needed someone to install your car audio system, he
was your guy. Keishun was also the life of the party, he enjoyed hanging around his
close friends and loved making others laugh. In fact, he loved to impersonate the late
great comedian Bernie Mac.

Keishun, “Footney” was a member of the Bethlehem Baptist Church. He accepted
Christ at an early age. As a child, he loved to attend church at West End Church Christ
with his childhood friend Richard King Jr.

Keishun, “Footney” is preceded in death by his parents, Travis Dell King and Mary
Louise Brumsey King.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his partner, Kiwana Johnson; Sons, Darius &
Keibriyan King, Keiundre & Ka’Mauri Johnson, Ashton & Trenton Dunn; daughters,
Kiamber & Keiara King, and Ka’Morah Johnson; Siblings, Kathy Brumsey and Kirk
(Tammy) King; Nephews, Dr. Jay L. McCullar (Yolanda), who he treated like a younger
brother, Jammal McCullar, Jarrod McCullar (Leticia), Jaderrick McCullar, and Dante
King, Nieces, Chelsea and Aleah King. Aunts, Sara and Lynnette Brumsey; Uncle,
Carlton Brumsey; and a host of cousins. Special cousins, Jimmy Keith Callans and
Herman Newsome; and a host of special friends he considered family. Our beloved
Keishun loved and cared for them all.

Adebukola Idowu Owoniyi

Adebukola Idowu Owoniyi was born on November 13th 1975 to the family of deacon Kolawole Bisoje Ogunfuye and Deaconess Mary Olabisi Ogunfuye. She was the fouth of seven children to the her parents.

She was married in the year May 5, 2000 to Mr. Adedoyin John Owoniyi in Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria. The Marriage was fruitful and blessed with 5 children, 3 boys, and 2 girls.

Adebukola Idowu passed away on February 10th 2024 in Canada.
She leaves many to cherish her life and memories.

His Last Rodeo, Cowboy Up!!!!!!

Arthronel LaTrent Scruggs, the son of Aaron and Jennifer Scruggs, was born in
Dallas, Texas on January 25, 1982. He was the ONLY son and oldest of four children
and had three sisters. He accepted Christ at an early age. He attended and
graduated from Terrell High School, Class of 2001. As a child he attended Highland
Baptist Church under the leadership of the late Rev. James Richardson and later
walked down the street to Pleasant Hill Baptist Church under the leadership of
Rev. Sammy D. Willis.

Arthronel was one of the hardest working men and the best to ever do it with a
charming personality and contagious smile. He worked at The Terrell State
Hospital, Paul’s Oil Station, and Angel’s Welding Company. He eventually started
his own business, Scrubby’s Mobile welding until his health prevented him to
continue. He had a passion for both fishing and hunting. Thona spent most of his
weekends in Atlanta, TX camping in his camper and hunting wild boar and deer.
Most importantly, he loved hard, and his family was his entire world.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Leroy and Virginia (Sunshine)
Hornage, Rev. Fordie and Mamie Willis, and Rev. Charlie Scruggs.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his mother, Jennifer; father, Aaron; his wife,
Shamekia; two sons, Jarrius and Jaylen; one daughter, Harlee; three sisters, Toya
and Danielle both of Terrell, Texas, Ashley (John) Carrington of Palm Harbor,
Florida; seven nieces and nephews, Ja’Kayla, Brian, John, Jeremiah, Ja’Nielle, Jared,
and Toi; god-brothers, Neil and Dawonya Tucker; special cousins, Nikki Valencia
and Bobby White; special daughter, Terriana Pickron, and a host of cousins, aunts,
uncles, friends, and many other relatives.

Mr. Keith Rowland Dansby, born on January 3, 1957 passed away early on the morning of March 11, 2024, with his family standing by his side. He will be missed by his wife, Patricia Dansby and children. He leaves a host of other relatives to continue his legacy.

Mr. Reginald Wayne Pegram

Reginald “Reg” Wayne Pegram, son of the late Willie Pegram, Sr. and Fannie Roberson Pegram, was born on August 24, 1956 in Terrell, TX. Reg accepted Christ at an early age and was a member of New Hope Baptist Church as a child. He attended the public schools of Terrell ISD where he graduated in 1974. He was a student athlete during this time and played basketball and football. He attended Henderson County Junior College briefly on a football scholarship, followed by Abilene Christian College. He then attended and graduated from Prairie View A&M University.

Reg was united in holy matrimony to Cynthia “Gail” Pegram in June of 1980. A love story that her mother, Dorothy, set into motion. Reg and Gail settled in Terrell and were members of Bethlehem Baptist Church under the guidance of Reverend Richard E. Rollerson.

Reg served as a police officer for the Dallas Police Department for 27 years. He was also a very active member of his community. He faithfully served his community through his volunteer work with the Terrell Volunteer Fire Department, Terrell Economic Development Committee, Renaissance Club, Terrell Parks Board, and the Terrell ISD School Board. His goal was to help to make Terrell a desirable place for people to want to live. Reg was also a member of the Tiger Athletic Hall of Fame.

Reg was a very kind and loving man that had a servant’s heart and wanted people to know the goodness of God. He never met a stranger and was always willing to help others in any way that he could. He also loved to laugh and spend time with his family.

Reg was preceded in death by his parents, Willie and Fannie Pegram.

His beautiful life will forever be cherished in the lives of his loved ones: his wife- Gail Pegram; his children- Ajuan “Nikki” Thomas, Daphanie Gilbert (Ryan), and Reginald “Reggie” Pegram II; sister- Anita Hubbard; brothers- Ronald Pegram and Will Pegram (Renee); grandchildren- Japheth Thomas, Kyler Granville-Gilbert, Ryan “Deuce” Gilbert II, Aliyah Gilbert, Lailah Gilbert, Rainah Gilbert, and Ryleigh Pegram; a host of nieces and nephews, cousins, family and friends.

Mr. Kency Roberson

02-17-1951 to 02-27-2024

Kency Roberson was born and raised in Arcadia, Louisiana, under the watchful eye of his beautiful mother, Ruby Bailey. He later relocated to Texas, remaining until he took flight and returned to his heavenly home.

Kency shared his childhood with five brothers and two sisters and received his formal education from Arcadia School District. During his life, he worked various jobs in construction. After many years of helping to create some of Texas’s beautiful roadways, he retired in 2022 from the Fluor Corporation.

In his leisure time, he enjoyed fishing, coin collecting, hunting, dabbling with electronics, and studying God’s Word.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Ruby Bailey, one sister, Eula, and three brothers: Johnny, Sammie Jr., and Willie.

He leaves to cherish his memories of his wife, Velma Roberson of Terrell, TX

Five daughters: Chaun’cy Gipson and Calandra Roberson of Dallas, TX; D’borah Roberson of Arlington, TX; Chaynon Roberson and Cecily Malone of Terrell, Texas, and two sons, Kency Roberson, Jr. of Minnesota; and Chad Roberson of Terrell, TX.

One sister, Jesse Faye of Gibsland, LA, and two brothers, Clinton (Pat) of Dallas, TX, and Ray of Los Angeles, CA, six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Jannette Kennedy Brumsey was born January 28, 1957 in Terrell, Tx to the Parentage of Willie T. Kennedy Sr. and Neatha Mae Cathcart Kennedy.

Jannette attended Terrell High School and graduated in the Class of 1975.
She received her Medical Certification in Los Angeles, California.

She accepted Christ at an early age and attended Shiloh Baptist Church.
After marrying Henry Brumsey, they joined Bethlehem BC under the leadership of Rev. R.E. Rollerson Jr. until her death.

She leaves to celebrate her homegoing one brother, Carl Kennedy, one Sister, Annette Accommodo (Michael), two daughters; Sonya,Lynn Kennedy, Tonya Annette Kennedy. One Special grandson, Reginald D. Rogers and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Ms. Bridget Deckard-Green

Bridget Deckard-Green was born on 6/10/1962 in Terrell, TX to the parents
of Rev. Willie C. Deckard Sr. and Fredia Mae Deckard. Bridget was the 2nd
of 5 children. Bridget joined Jesus Revival Center at a very young age under
the leadership of Rev. Johnny Jones and currently under the leadership
Bishop Earl Mingo.

Bridget was a graduate of Terrell High School, class of 1980. She then
continued her education at SouthWestern Christian College. Bridget later
married Marvin E. Green and was the mother of Jaylon Deckard and
Stepmother of Mitoya Green.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Marvin E. Green; parents, Rev.
Willie C. Deckard Sr. and Fredia Mae Deckard; one sister, Laurette Johnson
She leaves to cherish her memory her son, Jaylon Deckard (Briana); one
grandchild, Miana; one Aunt, Glorise Hooper; three brothers, Willie Jr.

Mr. Clarence A. Graham Jr.

February 10, 1966 to December 26, 2023

On February 10, 1966, to the parentage of Clarence A. Graham, Sr and Sadie M. Taylor,
Clarence A. Graham Jr. lovingly known to many as “Punkin”, was born. He was the only boy and the middle child of this blessed union.

As a young child, he professed his life to Christ at the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church under the leadership of the late Rev. Marcus C. Barron. In his adult life, he attended the Union Valley Missionary Baptist Church under the pastoral guidance of the late Rev. Marcus C. Barron and now under Rev. Edward Johnson.

Clarence is preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Sadie Graham. He leaves to cherish his memories: his wife, Carol; daughter, Quindrea (Kira); step-daughter, Wendi; grandchildren, Greg, Tamia, Laquint, and Londyn; two sisters, Samantha Smith and April (Christopher) Rose; special friend/brother, Kenneth Henderson; and loving nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, friends and a caring community in Stallings Addition.

Clarence attended elementary and high school in the Terrell ISD. He was a graduate of the
Terrell High School Class of 1984. He attended trade school through the National Education Center for several months as an Electronic Technician.

During his occupational career, he worked at ITW Paslode for several years until the company closed. He then decided to be self-employed in lawn care and handyman services. He provided good, honest work throughout the Stallings Addition Community and parts of Terrell for several years until his parents took ill, and he became the primary caregiver for them. Clarence took pride in being an upstanding citizen of the community, a dedicated friend, and always helping others.
